SiteMast.com Terms and Conditions
- You agree that we will build your web site based on options that you have selected and that all work on your behalf is provided on a “best effort” basis.
- You agree that the ‘included’ support for your site is limited by the plan you have selected. Extra services requested by you will be approved in advance and billed at $50/hour.
- You agree that we are acting in good faith on your behalf and that we will not be liable in any way for any harm to you or your business as a result of building or not building a website for you.
- You agree that if you are not completely satisfied with our service, you will express this dissatisfaction by canceling your subscription for our service. Due to the amount of effort we invest in building your website, we do not offer refunds of subscription payments.
- You agree to provide a cancellation request by email or letter. Verbal requests are not acceptable for this purpose.
- You agree that your website will be unavailable following the closest renewal date after cancellation, regardless of whether you or we cancel the service.
- You agree that once your subscription is canceled, we we will no longer provide support for your website.
- You agree to pay a transfer fee to acquire a copy of your website for installation elsewhere. This must be done prior to canceling your subscription. The fee is $250 within the first year and $100 thereafter.
- You agree to leave our website reference intact in the footer of your site as long as your subscription is active. This link from your site back to us provides proof that our portfolio references are legitimate.
- You agree to limit your customization requests to pictures, logo, and minor layout changes that do not alter the programming of the selected website theme. Elaborate customization of your website may be available on special request at our normal rate of $75/hour.
- You agree to accept full responsibility for all content on your site. We will not be held liable or responsible in any way for your website’s content including text, pictures, audio, video or any other media placed on the website.
- You warrant that any image that you provide to us for use on your website is legally owned by you or licensed by you for public use on the Internet and you indemnify us from any legal action regarding images that you supply..
- You agree to moderate (approve/reject) all comments placed on your blog by others.
- You agree to prevent third parties from working on your website without our express consent while this service contract is in force.
- You agree that we may elect to cancel your subscription for lack of payment or other reasonable cause.
We reserve the right to change these terms as needed and without notice.
